In the course of our work, dismantling, crushing and utilisation of the old factory structures was carried out. The new building was built of prefabricated reinforced concrete, the ceiling beam panels were made in a Lithuanian reinforced concrete factory “AKSA”. The building was designed and built for the most efficient use of energy resources, gas, electricity, water and heating. Ventilation equipment and compressors are equipped with recuperation (energy recovery), which is used for water heating. The whole building, warehouses and production premises are equipped with a floor heating system. The building is well thought-out, having 8 dining rooms of various sizes and access for people with movement disabilities.
